Enchanted 1 Tarot

I Offer Three Types Of Tarot Card Readings

Before you decide on an online Tarot card reading, a telephone reading, or an in-person Tarot card reading from me, I would like to give you a bit of information about my style and energy.

My Life’s Passion and Purpose

My passion in this lifetime is the study of the Tarot. My gift and one of my purposes of this lifetime is relaying the messages gleaned from the Tarot to those seeking answers. This is a task that I take seriously, and I “read from my heart”. It is very important to me that I communicate the messages clearly.

So whether I give you an email Tarot reading, a reading by phone or a reading in person (in California), it is most important that I feel that you have fully understood the message before I end a session.

Just a Little Background of the Tarot

The Tarot is an ancient method of divination. There were many historical events that influenced the Tarot, caused it to go underground, made it misunderstood, made it magickal, caused some to tremble upon hearing the word – yet, it has stood the test of time and it continues to this day to be worked with, loved and respected.

There are as many decks available as there are interests: cats, witches, herbs, Egyptian, African, dragons, fairies, Celtic, pagan, etc.

The “Scary” Cards:  Death and The Devil

The Death card is probably the Number One card that people dread selecting. Please be aware that the readings that I do, as well as those that most readers do, deal on the spiritual and emotional levels, not on the physical planes.

Therefore, when someone chooses The Death card, it indicates an ending (of a situation, problem, suffering, etc.). Rather than being a negative omen, it is actually very positive: with endings come new beginnings, chances to start anew.

Another tarot card that people find frightening is The Devil card. In many parts of the U.S.A., people have concerns that this is tapping into Satan’s realm and is in some way connected to devil worship. This is not true.

Without going into a huge dissertation here, I will briefly say that the concept of a “devil” per se was not part of the Old Religion (pre-Christian). (You can read up extensively on this issue if you wish.) Therefore, The Devil card of the Tarot is not representing the ‘Devil’ of Christendom. There are other meanings associated with this card, such as greed, lust, bondage versus free will, addictions or excesses.

How My Tarot Card Readings Differ From Others

I work with people of many religious traditions when giving Tarot readings. The standard Tarot deck contains images from a variety of traditions and religions, including Christianity, Kabbalah and paganism.

My readings are best suited for those in transition, looking for their life purpose, searching for their authentic self and for those wanting to do some deep soul-searching. If your question is “Will he call me tomorrow?” or “How much money will I make?”, I am probably not the reader for you.

I give readings that delve deep into your inner self, searching for those hidden answers that are not readily available. As a person deeply associated with the moon and water, my “realm” is the deeper, darker parts of the human psyche. This is the fertile ground where I receive my information.

My Tarot card readings are meant to empower you. When you get a good reading, you should not leave the reading feeling worse than when you began! You should feel hopeful and empowered with the tools and information you need to be able to get back on track and move forward on your journey.
